一、用途/usage

　　　該機(jī)器主要用于天地蓋包裝紙盒的生產(chǎn)加工，廣泛應(yīng)用于服裝鞋類包裝盒；  工藝品、日用品包裝盒；電子、電器包裝盒；以及五金、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件等需要包裝的產(chǎn)品盒類的加工制作。

The machine is mainly used in the production and processing of the box for the sky and earth cover packaging, which is widely used in the packaging of clothing and footwear; the packaging of handicrafts and daily necessities; the packaging of electronics and electrical appliances; and the processing and production of the boxes for products requiring packaging such as hardware and standard parts.

2、紙板自動進(jìn)料，連貫作業(yè)進(jìn)紙、包邊、折耳及折入成型動作一次性完成；

3、采用PLC可編程序控制器、光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)、氣源檢測運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面，實施天地蓋紙盒成型全過程自動化；

4、紅外安全保護(hù)系統(tǒng)，確保人員操作安全；

5、自動故障診斷功能；

6、快速換模調(diào)節(jié)裝置;

7、機(jī)架組合式設(shè)計，整體加工，分組式結(jié)合；

8、整機(jī)占地面積小，穩(wěn)定性佳。
